Michael and I had a fun photo shoot on Memorial Day around our neighborhood.  He's a great little poser.  I can't believe this guy will be seven years old in a couple of weeks.

HDR

 

Joyce and I pass this car every morning on our walk.

It registered in my mind this morning that this was a good subject

for an HDR picture so I went back a while later and

gave it a try.  The chicken just happened to be there

at the moment.  An HDR is 3 images sandwiched

together, one taken at the right exposure, one underexposed

and the third overexposed.  It makes for a colorful picture.

Josh & Whitney's Quilt

This is Josh and Whitney's Quilt, made by Grandma Mary, age 81, for their wedding day, 5-9-15.  It was quilted by Jan Madsen on her long-arm quilting machine in an exquisite pattern.
