A wink from Wendy

Grandpa (Merrill) came home today with an e-mail forwarded to Wendy's from a satisfied customer.  This is what it said:

While I was at Wendy's today there was a gentleman working there.  I think his name tag read Marshall (close to Merrill), he's an elderly gentleman.  This man was cleaning the store.  He was demonstrating the utmost detail in what he was doing.  He greeted us with a genuine smile and a welcome.  I watched him as he worked.  He ws very detailed in what he was doing.  As soon as anyone left, he cleaned up after them, wiped the tables, cleaned the floor, and made sure everything was in place.  He watched as every patron entered.  He was alert and friendly to everyone.  This gentleman is a huge plus to this establishment.  Please give him some deserved recognition.  What a joy to have met him.  (Visit date:  1-30-2015)
