Rock Salad

I made this salad for Sunday dinner & invited Joyce and Alan to come. Alan kept asking for "more of that salad with the rocks in it". It has therefore become known as "Rock Salad" It's pretty good.

ROCK SALAD

8 oz. Cream Cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 cup sugar
Add:
1 small can crushed pineapple (drain)
1 pkg. frozen raspberries or strawberries (drain)

1 cup broken Pretzels
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup sugar
Mix and press in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. When cool break into little pieces. Add to Cool Whip mixture just before serving.
