Yes we hosted the annual "pooping O the green" party. Sorry but thats what it is. When you use an entire bottle of green food coloring in the "green velvet" cake what do you expect? We had the usual corned beef and cabbage with potatos and carrots, asperagus, green frog eye salad, green punch, and last but not least, the offending green velvet cake with ice cream. It was a wonderful meal prepared by Marilee with some help from the rest of us, mostly Mary W. We had an enjoyable evening and capped it off with the Jazz winning one for the Old Man on his birthday. We also discovered that one of the new favorite Jazz players, Kyle Korver shares a birthday with Dad, aka Grandpa or Great Grandpa.

Wish I could have been there. It's been a long time since I had the "pooping o' the green" experience.
