Hal-LOWE-en challenge
It was a beautiful day in the Randall neighborhood on Halloween. Until about 7:00 pm, that is, when the revelry was interrupted by rain. Tamsyn was off partying at a friend's house, so she didn't get wet, but Hippie Megyn came home a bit damp. Here she is with her dad, (yes, that is Jeff).
